We are witnessing a shift in the traditional ‘innovation’ model influenced by two drivers of change -- the rising servicization of products and the primacy of the consumer experience. As a result, digital platforms are becoming the tools of choice for building next-generation products and services around consumer experience and scaling entire ecosystems in the digital and physical worlds. Such platforms will be transformational for companies and blur industry boundaries as these platforms reshape industries into interconnected ecosystems.

Such blurring will necessitate the design of truly customer-centric products and services, as well as a new organizational approach ... A new design-driven paradigm is necessary and very different from traditional innovation and R&D. In the age of business agility and shifting consumer demand, it is no coincidence that design-driven companies have outperformed the S&P 500 by 219% over the 2005-2015 decade.

Innovation and design – along with data - will become strategically aligned to the core values and vision of an organization. Designing business and organization models that allow this will become a pre-requisite for success. To assume that new technologies, processes and ways of thinking can be grafted onto legacy structures is a damaging fallacy. This redesign must be holistic – encompassing back and front ends, and oriented towards employees just as much as consumers.

The Renaissance Man: Inspiring the Possibilities

Dr. Ronan Tynan - Internationally Acclaimed Irish Tenor, Medical Doctor and Paralympian

He is called a modern day “Renaissance Man.” Irish tenor, recording artist, physician, and champion disabled athlete Ronan Tynan moves audiences like few others can. His stirring performances and personal story of triumph have brought him international fame. The New York Times called him “the closest thing this country has to an official meistersinger.”Ronan is one of the most sought after motivational speakers in the U.S., presenting nearly 50 speeches annually for major international corporations and organizations.

Tynan has performed at historic events including Ronald Reagan’s funeral and the Inaugural Prayer Service at the National Cathedral. His memorable renditions of “God Bless America” have been heard at the World Series, The Belmont Stakes, and other momentous events.Profiled by ABC’s 20/20, People magazine and CBS Sunday Morning, Tynan was born with a lower limb disability and had his legs amputated at age 20. Within a year, he was competing in the Paralympic Games, both in track and field and as an equestrian. He won 18 gold medals and set 14 world records, nine of which are still in place today.

In 1992 less than one year after he began studying music, Tynan won the John McCormack Cup for Tenor Voice. He shot to stardom two years later after winning the BBC talent show, Go For It. A recording contract with Sony Music and sold-out concerts around the world soon followed. His debut album, My Life Belongs to You, released in 1998, jumped to number five on the charts. That same year, Tynan joined Anthony Kearns and John McDermott as The Irish Tenors, an instant worldwide sensation.

Registration Policy
The registration fee includes a welcome reception, breakfast and lunch during the conference and Monday night’s offsite event. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant. If you are attending as a substitute for someone who’s already registered, you must complete a registration form, indicating the name of the person you are replacing.

Event Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refunds requests must be sent to the Majesco office to the attention of Natasha Nauth, Natasha.Nauth@majesco.com via email no later than September 1, 2017. Please note the registration processing fee of $14.66 is non-refundable. Cancellations received after September 1, 2017 will be liable for a full conference fee. Substitutions however can be made at any time following process noted above.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Room rates are only guaranteed upon availability up to September 20th. Cancellations for full room rate refund must be made 72 prior to check in date and you must notify the hotel directly with any hotel changes and or cancellations.
